FAQ

How far can you canoe?

The canoeing experience area is approximately 100m from the starting point to the inside of the orange buoy. Please do not go outside the orange buoy.

Can I bring my cell phone, wallet, etc.?

No, please do not bring valuables or mobile phones onto the water.

If you bring it in, it is at your own risk as it may end up in the ocean.

If the weather is bad, will the canoeing experience be canceled?

Safety is our number one priority, and the experience may be cancelled if the weather is bad, such as at low tide or due to strong winds or stormy weather.

Is there anything I shouldn't do while canoeing?

Due to the characteristics of canoes, if the canoe is rocked too much, it may capsize. If it does capsize, the instructor will try to rescue you, but you should never stand in the canoe or move around too much.

At what age can children ride a canoe?

Children must be around 3 years old to be able to canoe. If they cannot wear a life jacket safely, they will not be able to participate.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
